Whenever I work with clients, i always bring up the word 'games.'

Every single homeowner, and every single buyer has their own motivation to get in or out of the real estate game.  And everyone.. will be taking a different approach to achieve that.  However, you as a buyer and seller, you have your own game to play.  And the purpose isn't to get ahead of your competion, finish in record time, or have the deal blatantly work in your favour.  

Instead, its about holding your own principles, and making sure you're comfortable with the process the way we planned it in the first place .  I'll always tell this to my clients that we will be playing our game, not playing theirs. And at the end of the day...you'll always come out the winner.
