Blog by Ray Estrella | March 15th, 2023

And here's part 3 of this year's March Madness Real Estate recap.

Now previously, we looked at 5 hot markets in Richmond BC. Now, if you're looking to buy, heres a look at a few neighborhoods to look out for.

The West Cambiea are has been one of the fastest growing neighbourhoods in all of Richmond.  With new projects and people looking to transition to bigger properties, the apartment market in West Cambie is showing high numbers of inventory  with a current 11 months of inventory in hand.

Hamilton Single family homes and townhomes used to be the hottest markets in our previous 2 march madness reports.  Currently, the Hamilton area has sales turnarounds between 2 and 3 months.

Surpirsingly, Steveston Village single family homes market showed up on our buyers watch list.  With 11 months of inventory in hand, this is definitely a neighbouhood to be looking out for, especially if you want to be located in the middle of city's yearly celebrations.

The apartments in the Bridgeport is also  a new area to this list.  This is definitely a neighbourhood that is overlooked that has easy access to rapid transit.  Current sales ratio is at 20%, so this is definitely an overlooked neighbourhood to inquire about.

Broadmoor neighbourhood homes single family homes currently has the highest amount of inventory of all of Richmond.  With 40 active listings to date and a sales ratio of only 8%, this may be an area to check out what the inventory may have in store.

Well there you have it, the march madness real estate recap for our home town of richmond bc since the start of the year.  IF theres any questions we can answer for you, feel free to watch out. We'd love to be of service
