But we also saw low inventory levels which did some interesting things in the market.  Now, we cant see what may be happening next but we can see what has been hot as of late...for different neighbourhoods as well as different types of properties.   And maybe this information can help you make an informed decision on how to plan your next real estate move.  The way we gathererd this information is a combination of the change of benchmark price, how many days properties have been on the market, as well as a comparison between how many active listings has been on the market versus how many recent sales there are, in both...property types as well as neighbourhoods.
