With the market shifting, i just wanted to share an outlook i use with all my clients. The one thing to understand is that getting into a property isnt meant to be easy, no matter how well you time. It'll either be competitive, or its going to effected by external factors...such as interest rates.  But the process doesnt have to be an ordeal. 

I always tell my clients to prioritize 3 things: Your budget, location and features. 

Features is a very broad range.  It can mean 1 or 2 bedrooms, old or new. in suite laundry or shared laundry and on an on.  

The one thing is...is that your budget is going to be determined by your mortgage specialist, so we always have to put budget at the top of our list.

However, its up to you whether you want to prioritize features, or location.

If location is more important, then we'll tell you which type of properties will be suitable for you.  

And...if you feel that features is more important, we will show you which areas would be the best to conduct our tour.  

As i said. Your home search doesnt have to be an ordeal.  Use this formula, and your search will be successful.
