Hope you're doing well. Just to keep you up to date on what's happening here's what's been happening since the start of the year:
-Interest rates have been holding steady for a month now, with a small rate fall (talk to your lender if you've already been preapproved) (O:57)
-buildings that were affected by legislation changes have turned into great options (2:15)
-transitioning from apartments to townhomes has turned into a more attainable move (5:30)
