So we just finished our latest deal at 8511 Westminster Hwy.However, this deal wouldn't be made possible without mortage expertise.  

Ususally when i deal with a mortgage specialist, i deal with professionals that knows the ins and outs of the mortgage industry. And its also a matter of being able to think outside the box to provide options to our clients. 

The one thing that i don't enjoy hearing is that my client only has one option.  That's why i do recommend my clients to talk to a 'mortgage specialist' rather than walking into a bank that doesn't know the mortgage market as well as mortgage speciliasts, but has basic understandings of all the products that their bank/company provides.

Now whether or not these are good options presented to my clients, thats for my client to decide based on the information provided to them as opposed to being only told one option that they qualify. 

So at the end, when we thought we were only stuck with going into an area thats a little more remote, the help from our mortgage expertise was able to land us something that was in central richmond with easy access to transit/skytrain.
