Nothing beats phots with natural light. Nothing peeves me more than seeing a home, obviously shot on a gloomy day with a photoshopped blue sky in the background. -You can showcase, in person and online outdoor features that are typically not ready prior to the spring such as balconies and back yards. -Flaws are easier to spot in the natural light -People have a tendency of seeing more properties in the better weather because: a) its easier and b) it feels great going out and being productive at the same time. So these are things that benefit both buyers AND sellers, but heres another thing....if you're shoppng for a new property in this nice spring weather, you're likely moving into your new home in nice weather as well.
