Blog by Ray Estrella | December 5th, 2023

So heres a look of whats been happening for the month of November in our home town of RIchmond BC.

-For single family homes, 13% selling ratio.  This is the second month in a row we saw the single family market in a balanced market.
-However, days on the market significantly dropped from a month average on the market to two weeks.
- Most popular area: terra nova with a 33% selling ratio
-Last month, we saw West Cambie as the slowest neighbourhood in all of richmond. This month, this neighbourhood was one of the busiest areas with a 24% selling ratio.
-Surprisingly, one of the least busiest areas is Steveston South, which was a neighbourhood that was really busy last month.
-If you're looking to buy, we have inventories in the Garden City and Seafair areas
-For condos and townhouses, a selling ratio of 17% as opposed to last month's 24%
-We also saw a 3% drop in median price
-Busiest area for condos and townhomes is an area we've never seen, the Riverdale area, which sold all of its inventory in the last month.
-If you're looking for a townhome, the Hamilton area has a high amount of inventory with 28 on hand only 3 sales in October
